Wrong Crystal Bundle from Web store

Hello - I attempted to buy the Anniversary Special 9,675 crystal pack for 49.99 yesterday and instead was sent the regular web pack with approx 7,300 crystals. Contacted the in-game help to resolve and have been sent in useless circles with more than a dozen messages since yesterday afternoon. Since it was bought from the web store, the refund or difference in crystals can be handled by EA, it’s not an issue forApple. Happy to take either option! Ally code is 926-364-463. Thanks
