"Your device isn't compatible with this version" + Extras

So, last update didn't install correctly, 2 days ago.  I do all the regular things, checked that my phone was up to date on updates, try to force another update through the Play Store, rebooting phon...

@Elysian24 Have you ensured that your device is fully up to date and you have the correct locale set in settings?

      So, got no response here. But I did find a solution. I did a factory reset of the phone after backing up data.  So, it worked, I could now download the new update, but I lost a lot of personal stuff that the backup missed. Oh well, thanks for the help.
