@Elysian24 Have you ensured that your device is fully up to date and you have the correct locale set in settings?

  So, got no response here. But I did find a solution. I did a factory reset of the phone after backing up data. So, it worked, I could now download the new update, but I lost a lot of personal stuff that the backup missed. Oh well, thanks for the help.
