23 Wright Way is Bugged (Sims Hot Date lot)

If you tried to build anything on the lot addressed as 23 Wright Way, you cannot take your sims there with the cab. If you try to take your sims downtown and select that lot, it gets stuck on the loading screen and freezes.

Please fix this. I've lost community lots this way that I spent hours working on!

    Update: This issue has been resolved. My friend had me copy the files from the install directory over to my saved game files. This created a fresh instance of those files, and thus fixed the issue!! :) Lot loads fine now.

    havent this problem,try delete UserData\House23.iff in the saved games and copy a new House23.iff from your game directory\UserData

    I also tried reinstalling the game and it did not work. I believe this might be a graphic glitch. I can hear the carpool drive away, and different sounds on the lot itself. It's just that the screen stays stuck on loading.
