bought the birthday bundle and its nowhere to be found

I followed the instructions that you gave the original poster and the games are still not available for me to download even separately. I've also tried everything that EA suggests (clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc.). The games just aren't there and there's no download manager or download queue showing that anything is even waiting to be installed.
