Cannot change sims 1 language

I installed sims 1 and select Thai language when installed. But when i entered the game, the game still in English. Then, i try to change in game properties by switch to other language and change bac...

    Hi all,

    This issue was resolved in today's patch:

    • Some players had difficulty setting/changing the game language

    If you're still experiencing this, please create a new thread so we can continue to investigate.

Steam version, can't change the language to Russian, I know the game is not translated, but there is game files with space for Russian localization, I can translate the text but I cannot make game load the language it is disabled in .exe
