Everything is tiny on a 1920 x 1080 16:9 monitor

The title says it all. Using the newest patch on Steam from the other day and Everything still appears very tiny. No matter how much I zoom in. I've heard people say that this is a known issue for 19...

It's displayed incorrectly on my 1440p monitor too, So it's not just 1080p. Most, if not all the blue borders are completely gone! The grass isn't the right texture either at 1440p, and above. The UI, in my opinion needs to be updated for all resolutions.
