I am experience similar issues on an Acer laptop. My specs are a bit lower than yours, but its still above the recommended requirements. I am able to run the game without crashes, but the stuttering, delays and lags making it very frustrating to play :(
The game wasn't cheap too, purchased it on Steam yesterday.
I have an Acer nitro 5 laptop. The game for me was running perfectly until they brought the new update out. The game doesn't crash for me either but the shuddering and lagging is terrible. I gave up. I haven't played the game since the update now. I'm really annoyed with EA. Whatever update they did, it's broken my game and I wish they'd hurry up and investigate this and tell me how to fix it.
