Are you still having this issue? I ended up uninstalling my game and I haven't played it for a few weeks now. I haven't seen an update yet. So am wondering if it's been resolved for you at all yet? EA are ignoring me.

refund and install the sims complete collection

it fully compatible with win98 - win11
