Posted this 4 months ago and still haven't had an answer, EA! Shame on you. Not happy. I haven't been able to play the game all this time now. I'm not the only one who is experiencing this issue, so if you're ignoring me because I got one warning on a previous comment I made, don't punish others just because of a dumb mistake on my part. People are getting cranky because we've paid good money for a game we can't even play properly. It isn't fair and I'd like an update please. I just want to know if this can be solved or not, so we know what to do from here and can finally forget and move on from this topic, please. I'm sure you're sick of hearing me complain by now. So, let's sort it, yeah?? Cheers
