Well I have an update. I just received the Complete Edition in the mail and popped it in my laptop. Once again, the launcher refuses to show up. I go looking through a bunch of Youtube videos again and finally see a response about the installing issue. For some reason, you must copy the setup.exe file over to desktop and then open it as an admin. In a few minutes the launcher popped up and I installed without a problem. Next, I followed the instructions that worked around SafeDisc as posted in the forum here and got my game running. I've been playing a couple hours and the game looks fine and saving is working. Hope this helps anyone with this issue because I noticed a lot of people having trouble with the install on Youtube.
