my game still crashes when loading.

i have just redownloaded as im reading that it has all being fixed and it is playable , how ever it still crashes and is adding up minutes of play  even though i am not able to get any play time . is there new patches still coming out ? it will load the sim menu but then crash as it was ment to load. when i downloaded it the first time i found that i was able to see the sim suburbs but as soon as i clicked make a family button it crashed . its not even making it to that screen now :(please help
