Re: bought the birthday bundle and its nowhere to be found

c0smasia  Please click Browse and search for "sims legacy," as asked.  You should see results for the separate games and the bundle; I would like to know whether any of them show as owned.

Please also check your purchase history on ea.com (now).  Sign in, click Account Settings > Order History, and let me know whether the order is listed as Completed, Processing, or Failed.
