Sims 1 & Sims 2 help
So I own the sims 1 complete collection and several of the sims 2 discs. All original purchases by me, redeemed codes when originally bought and played for years. I no longer own the type of computer that supports the original discs and now that they have been rereleased I was curious if I could get on and try to redeem the code for a digital version. I knew it wasn't likely but still thought it wouldn't hurt to try. The sims complete collection code isn't recognized at all, and my sims 2 code is redeemable but comes up as a MySpore code? I am so confused. Anyways, I attempted to reach out to EA for support in hopes that I could send pictures of my discs and codes and get a digital code from them to play. Idk if I am just blind or what, but I'm only finding the bot assistant and it's giving me no option to reach out directly to EA via email or anything. Can anyone help me?
