Sims 1 crashes and with proposed fixes, still doesn’t work.

I’m absolutely appalled by how the sims is handeling this.
I bought the sims legacy bundle, paid good money and without ever being able to play it…

Next thing I know, can’t reach anyone expect OTHER users on a forum platform. Proposed solutions means I have to perform all kinds of technical stuff I have absolutely no knowledge of whatsoever. What in gods name did I pay for?! 

i shouldn’t be the one trying to fix this for 3 days straight now, you guys should! I’m so angry at this whole situation.. making everybody happy and excited for nothing…

    this fixed it for me, i tried all the vc distributables stuff first and did not
