I have downloaded patch after patch and still have not gotten anywhere with this game. It still crashes during the sims logo loading screen through the EA app. I have included my dxdiag twice and don't have vulkan on my pc, please help get this fixed or I want a refund as I have not played since I bought the legacy pack on release day and am beyond frustrated I can't play this game.

vloveeex3 Please plug your monitor into the graphics card rather than into the motherboard as you've currently done. Do so with the computer off.

puzzlezaddicti shouldn’t have to change where my monitor is plugged in, that shouldn’t make a difference when all other sims games work except 1
