Still not working after 2-20 patch

Question

Hello all, just reporting that Sims 1 Legacy Collection is still not working after the most previous patch. The game loads up, gets to the main menus, loads the DLC, and then when i click on anything to create a family or do anything, it crashes immediately without error. I've tried compatability mode for XP service pack 2, 3, and vista and nothing has worked as of yet. I've also ran as administrator.

Do we know if we are getting more patches to address this?

Specs:
AMD Ryzen 7 7700
AMD RX 6700XT
2TB SSD
32GB DDR5 Ram

It opens and plays for me. I have a ryzen 7900 non x cpu and a 7900 gre with the rest of the specs same as your's.

rkhale01&nbsp; Please try reseting your user data.&nbsp; Go here:
C:\Users\your username\Saved Games\Electronic Arts
and move or rename the Sims 25 folder.&nbsp; When you launch the game again, it should rebuild this folder.&nbsp; Any saves you've created will be intact in the folder you moved but not read by the game, and they can be restored later if you like.
If this doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag. &nbsp;Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. &nbsp;From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

I will try this soon. Thank you.&nbsp;weirdly, it works perfectly with no troubleshooting on my Linux manjaro laptop.&nbsp;
