This is happening with me on deck. It’s strange because it was intermittent at first, then was running without fail with proton experimental…now I can’t get it to stop
Oh, is it not going to the loading screen at all for you?
When the game works, you can see the FIXME: WMP error very briefly then the loading screen appears. When the game doesn’t it just hangs on the same error screen indefinitely.
Ah ok, I haven’t had any freezing on that screen at all yet, I was on Proton 9.0.4, switched to Experimental, but I still haven’t had any issues yet. On my laptop I get the issue every time lol.
