Sims 1 Legacy - Bad UI scaling on 4K/high DPI screen

I have a 3840x2160 (4K) screen. When I launch Sims 1 Legacy Collection (Windows 11, Steam) the UI is oversized and pixelated, as if it were set to 800x600. Only when I manually set Windows to 1920x1...

Same here, I play at 1440p and it's black around the world map. And green when I create A Sim. I really wish EA would add a GUI scale option, or fix the UI to support higher resolutions.
