Sims 1 Legacy - Bad UI scaling on 4K/high DPI screen

I have a 3840x2160 (4K) screen. When I launch Sims 1 Legacy Collection (Windows 11, Steam) the UI is oversized and pixelated, as if it were set to 800x600. Only when I manually set Windows to 1920x1...

I chose to play at 1366x768 resolution and the interface is perfectly visible, since at 1080p or higher it was too small and I had to constantly get closer to the screen. I don't have any vision problems yet lol.
