Sims 1 legacy still not working :(

The sims 1 legacy is still not working as of 02-21-25 and I see that there have been patches for the game and things are still not launching. I don't even get a error code the game goes to launch, the icon comes up in the task bar... then the screen goes white and I get a not responding message. So disappointing....
