Have you tried assigning Sims.exe to the integrated Intel GPU in NVIDIA control panel?
My NVIDIA card wasn't playing nice with TS1 Legacy but the Intel card did run it perfectly.
How do I do that?
right click then go to Nvidia Control panel. Then select which gpu you want to use
Just did it. It's still crashing. Also, I did change the compatibility mode in properties. Not too sure what's the issue to be honest
