I noticed on your DXDiag your driver seems to be from 2022 have you tried downloading the latest version from here? https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/game-ready-drivers/
If that doesn't work, let's be sure you did change to the Intel GPU correctly, so follow this tutorial:

You have to select "Power Saving" instead of "High Perfomance". Please disable any compatibility settings you may have applied too.
If that doesn't work either, have you also tried fully unninstalling then reinstalling the game?
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game before. Should I try it again? Also, I have done all that you asked. Still nothing. It crashes when it says "Normalizing Social Network".
On the bright side, I did update everything. there were some hiccups with that but it's all fixed so my driver is now up to date..
