Sims Crashes during loading screen

- Uninstall the game
- After uninstalling, open a File Explorer window and paste this on the address bar %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\Electronic Arts\
- If you still see a The Sims 25 folder there, Delete it.
- Reinstall the game.
If you still can't open the game, please check if you have any 3rd party programs interfering with the game, like a screen recorder, a frame rate counter, an overlay of some sort etc.
