still cannot play sims 1 due to no vulkan device

can someone please HELP/ its been so long and i still cannot even load the game without getting the "the game was unable to find a suitable vulkan device on this machine" message. No i dont have the ...

so is my computer to old to run it? Sorry im not great with computer lingo. If it wont run ever im going to have to ask for a refund 😭 wish they accommodated for everyone

You can try downloading the Vulkan compatibility pack to see if it works:
