The Sims 1 going into a black screen then crashing
i just bought the game and anytime i boot it up it just goes to black screen then crashes, ive done too many fixes to count and nothing is workign

I am using EA app. I have done this. I am on an MSI GEFORCE RTX Windows 11
All drivers were updated the fourth and the game still acts as if it will open only to crash into the EA app.

azora456 Please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
