The Sims 1 Legacy fails to work properly on AMD graphics cards

Me and a lot of people who have AMD GPU's are reporting MAJOR performance drops into the low 10's in frames when more than 3 Sims are on a lot, or more apparent in a Community lot, I hope this issue ...

SAME PROBLEM AS SOON MORE SIM ARE ON ONE MAP I GET LOW FPS, I really hope they fix it soon.
