The Sims Legacy - unable to open the cheat console

Hi,

I am unable to open the cheat console in the Sims Legacy. The classic Ctrl+Shift+C doesn't work, I tried adding the Windows key to this combination or pressing right Ctrl/Shift instead of left ones, but no luck. Is anyone facing the same issue?
