I usually get when trying to launch the Sims + packs a message saying that the ea app cannot launch the Sims + packs. I have all the other Sims games through ea app (that I own and no problem till now).
I only bought the Sims Legacy Collection because I have the Sims 2 Ultimate.
I finally found out the problem. It was Malwarebytes, after I downgraded to Malwarebytes free I had no problems. It's weird it only happened with this game though. I also use Norton so my protection isn't all gone.
metmichallica Please post a screenshot of the error. And let me know whether it happens if you restart your computer before trying to play.
I was wrong it's still doing it and have no idea what the problem is, only happens in this game for me.
I think I fixed it by reinstalling the ea app. I opened the sims like 20 times after I reinstalled the ea app and didn't get no launch errors so we will see, thank you.
