    If you are trying to run the game as I did on a notebook, you may have two graphics cards. In my case, it's an NVIDIA and an integrated AMD Radeaon Graphics card. The game started after updating the integrated graphics card. I keep my fingers crossed that it will work for you too! Good luck!

Neither Sims 1 legacy nor Sims 2 legacy games will load (downloaded them on Steam as a gift). The icon pops up and I get a message asking if I am happy for it to make changes, for which I answer "Yes", then it disappears without launching.

Attaching my DXDIAG file in the hope a fix can be found.

I also can't get my Sims 3 game to load on this computer. I open it in the EA app, it opens the game launch window and will launch the game but then when I select a town to start a new game in, I get the message "A serious error has occurred while loading 'Sunset Valley.world'. It is strongly recommended that you restart the application." This happens with any world I try to create a new game in, making the game unplayable.
