TS1 Imported Families Causing Game To Crash

Question

I have old FAM files from years ago that I wanted to import into TS1 Legacy. I think the last time I played these files was probably around 2012/13. While I'm able to get some of them to load correctly and play them without issue, I'd say about half of them do not. Some crash immediately upon loading, while others crash when the welcome wagon arrives the next morning. I have to evict and bulldoze the lot and move them into a new household. It only seems to happen with these old FAM files, not the pre-mades or new Sims I've just created.&nbsp;

How were you able to transfer them over? I have been trying to and it hasn't been working.

It's in the directory where your game is installed, rather than in the Sims 25 folder. So it would be something like Origin/The Sims Legacy/UserData/Import

You stick them in that folder and then they will show up to add to your hood. But it's been hit and miss for me with being able to get them to work.

I cannot get any to import after putting them in Import folder either.&nbsp; Not the proper/original way.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
