I have a solution, you need to delete the place or world, Island that your family are. After you deleted it you can continue to play with your houshold. :)
Thank you! I wish I knew sooner! I searched everywhere and couldn't find a solution, so I refunded the game 🤐 I will buy it again once they sort all these out🤞
