What is that? Chandelier of darkness?

Its called in german Armleuchter der Finsterniss (Chandelier of Darkness), but its kind of bugged and Ive never seen it before. I attached a video to this as well, it floats in the air. I do not use mods or CC and I play on highest resolution + reflection and shadows.
