A TS2 Legacy Question on Performance

Hey guys. For those of you who are already playing the game, can you please tell me if the game's performance is better than TS2 Ultimate Edition. I have TS4 Ultimate Edition, and I have never been able to play it on several different computer builds because it's too laggy, and by that, I mean the camera stutter when panning. When you pan the camera it gets all stuttery just like how TS3 is for me. I was wondering if that issue is resolved in this legacy edition of TS2.
