Lot Traveling Issues

There appears to be a problem that occurs every time I attempt to travel to any lot from my apartment complex in Belladonna Cove. My Sim will depart, and the loading screen will appear, but when the lot loads, it is in buy mode. I don't have mods installed, just a standard download.
