Are we ever going to actually be able to play the rerelease?

Do you know how we could get refunds? Mine is unplayable too. I can watch the loading screens and look at the maps, but I can't create a household or start playing with an existing household. I get the same error message. Very frustrating! I have Windows 11, too, and I think they should have disclaimed that the games would not work on certain operating systems or whatever.
