bug on some families

I don't know if this has happened to other people too. Unfortunately I often encounter bugs that cause non-adult sims to disappear from families (especially those created by me). now with a family it shows me the animation of the first "fiki fiki" in loop without the female sim ever getting pregnant and I don't complete the cooking actions... how did you solve it?
