[Bug] The Sims 2 Legacy: Design Tool May End up outside of Borders

I'm on a 4k screen, playing The Sims 2 Legacy in full screen in 4k resolution. When using the Design Tool, it's possible for the Design Tool Window to appear outside of the borders of the screen. If ...

You can click and drag the design tool to reposition it. If any part of it is on screen, maybe that could be a solution?
