Randomly crashes during game play, No error code. Doesn’t save so when I return to the family it’s gone back in time to a previous load up. loads the same everytime no matter how many times I’ve saved. Houses randomly disappear off the neighbourhood. Babys glitch and can’t be selected or used and can just float in the air.

You’re save is likely corrupted you can’t do anything about it but to start a new save go to file explorer open document ea games the sims 2 legacy and delete neighborhoods folder don’t worry it will regenerate when you launch game also delete cache which is at the bottom 2 files Acceessory.cache and groups.cache if you have saves in other words you can drag the neighborhood folder to desk top and when you want to go back drag the new neighborhood folder to desktop and drag the old one in.
I have been having a similar issue for over a month. I have contacted EA help MULTIPLE TIMES and they are frustratingly useless. I have no solution but want to boost your post and let you know you are not alone.
