Bugged sim or what???

have a ?? is it possible to have a sim that i made to be bugged or is there something else going it the game or is it just my sim??  all the other sims i have made in put in the my hood is playing just fine, it just this one sim that is messed up. any ideas /help would be appeciated. its sim 2 game.

    859janie If you don't mind, are you ok with sending me that neighborhood to check out?

    You can add the neighborhood folder to a ZIP file and upload it to Google Drive or some other service, just make sure the permissions allow other people to download it. You can send me the link in a DM.

    after all the above things done and the new update installed   she is back to spinning in place again  and i added another person to the household as you can see he is just doing his thing like hes suppose to, while shes is still  a mess
