Bugs inside the game that effects the sim

So a few days ago I noticed that I had a sim who thought she was pregnant, days went by and nothing. Tried to terminate the pregnancy by using the thumstone, but it was no use. tried to use the force debug but nothing happened. (she didnt want to go to work cause she was too pregnant to go to work...)
So I went out of the game and tried to validate the game files in case there was something in the files that **bleep** up my game.. went in again, same problem. went to another family and they tend to lose their furniture everytime after being on a community lot.

Anyone else had this problem? should i reinstall the game and see?
