Cannot add a new userstart up cheat file or old saves.

I have had to uninstall two times because when I tried to create a new usercheatstart up file, put it into config and when I opened up game, well it didn't open , I am just getting a little white box...

I fixed problem by deleting the Accessory/Groups packages in My Documents/Sims 2 Legacy folder , everything is back to working. I have never experienced crashes or pink soup.
