Cannot load any neighborhoods.

Question

When trying to play any neighborhoods, the game crashes on "loading pets" screen. No error message is displayed. Errors only reported in AppErrors and Audio Errors. Appear to all be music related. Playing on PC, Windows 10.&nbsp;

KHilliard13 Please move The Sims 2 Legacy folder from&nbsp;Documents\EA Games\ to your desktop so the game can generate a fresh one.
Before you launch the game, disable EA App overlay in the application settings and let me know whether that lets you load the neighborhood.
