EA app will not load and when I try to open Sims 2 Legacy game from shortcut on computer, it says preparing game and just loops and then stops. Played the game yesterday and now nothing.
Anyone else having problems recently?
found a solution for me that worked. i refunded the game in the EA store and bought it on steam. for whatever reason the steam version immediately worked without any problem. hope that helped.
i have this exact problem but could not find any help or fix for that so far. it happens both for sims1 and sims2.
