CC skin Window don’t close
Is here any way to fix it ?

jullstyjulia EA is aware of this issue, but at the moment it is not possible. Please avoid using custom skintones at the moment; default replacements are ok, however.
It happened to me too, multiple times, I was able to leave the window by pressing the "X" at the very left to leave the Create-A-Sim window, and just have to start over completely.
