Cinematics/Cutscenes BROKEN (The Sims 2: Legacy Collection)

I saw someone already did a similar post and I replied there too, but in case it helps, I'll make one too.

So in the short time I played The Sims 2 Legacy I didn't experience any crashes, but I didn't play for that long, to be fair.

I did however, enter a brand new save Curious household (from Strangetown) and the cutscenes from alien birth and alien kidnapping were broken. For the birth, the baby was still born after all that mess, but for the kidnapping, he didn't even get kidnapped at all, he was standing there, chilling. Saying this to point out that it's not just a visual buggy mess, it is also broken gameplay. There was also no sound on the kidnapping.

I actually tested this live so I have the clips so you can see how it looks. I also tested 3 times, in different rooms, speeds and same problem.

I panicked that maybe all cutscenes were broken and quickly went to the Goth family and got Cassandra being left at the altar. That cutscene was normal, so I don't think it's all cutscenes, but I didn't have time to test all because I panicked and asked a refund. I'm planning on buying it again today, because I see EA is willing to fix the issues and that's why I'm here now. I really want to help and I really want to trust EA. Please let me know if you need anything else. I tried to attach the Logs.zip but it WON'T appear so I decided to attach the PC-config-log.txt as well as dxdiag.txt. I will attach anything else you might need.

Guys, you have an amazing community, specially in The Sims 2, filled with Genius that have been making fixes for the game all these years. Please consider reaching out to them because I truly believe they could fix if they had access to the code. One suggestion is the amazing Lazy Dutchess I KNOW they could help you, if you let them. They already released a Sims 2 Legacy fix (for some of the issues).
