Crashes will not Load

When trying the load the Sims 2 Legacy it crashes and will not load. I will add updates when I find out more. When it crashed and windows defender and other apps closed I tried to load it again before restart and it did load. It might be a issue with the Windows Defender Security app. 

Update it will run on -w for windowed mode but you can't see all the same that way.  I can hit alt enter after games starts in Window Mode to make it full screen and it will run.
