Create family is butchered.

Thought the new patch update would fix my screen, still too small. I don't mind the town size that much but when I go to create a family its just a blue screen I've gone through the files like the update said to do and adjusted it but still no results. I'm not that great at tech but I just want to be able to play the game I paid for.
