Design Tool is still broken in 3840x2400 resolution

The issue that was brought up in this thread was not fixed by the latest patch, so I am once again making a thread to raise awareness!

If you use the Design Tool on while playing on a 4K resolution, the pop-up window will open at a random location rather than where your cursor or the selected object is located at. More often than not, it will spawn off-screen, out of reach of your cursor, locking you into the Design Tool mode as the window cannot be closed by anything other than pressing buttons on the pop-up window itself. The cursor becomes permanently stuck "selecting" that object, so while you can still move the camera around if you have edge scrolling on, that is the only thing you can do.

The thread in question offers a temporary solution, but I can imagine a lot of people don't know about this and have thought the only solution was to force close the game. This might've lost people a lot of progress, and is generally just annoying since you HAVE to close the game each time this bug occurs (even if you are capable of saving it beforehand).

I'm unsure which logs I should be sharing, as this issue does not crash the game, but please let me know as I'd love to help resolve this.
