Yes, I got the Ultimate Collection for free back when they were still offering it. I've only played it for 2 hours or so, though. It tends to crash after about an hour, and I haven't had a strong enough urge to play it to take the time to figure out if/how I can stop the crashing.
Lol, in my case, I didn't technically fake it, but I started a chat with customer support and said "Is The Sims 2 available anywhere?" (with the aim that they might just give it to me... but I wanted to be subtle ;) ) and the guy went and to talked to a supervisor then came back and said "I'm going to add it to your account for you now." It was amazing.

Got that deal from EA's customer service if you post a picture of the disc and product code RIGHT BEFORE they officially said they were going to stop doing that. Funny story about it too, I was having technical difficulties getting the picture of my disc to send to the customer service rep so after a while the rep said "You know what, it clearly looks like you're a big fan of the Sims so here you go" and sent me the digital code.
