EA Pls sort this out!

Why do i enter my sims 2 game and try to go into a household and it have a issue? I even tried to enter a different household the exact same happened.  It wasn't doing it before the update u released. So why is it doing it now? We paid loads for this and we want our money's worth. The sims 2 is a ancient game that has been out for 20 years. Pls dont ruin it. I get games have glitches but could u have sorted this before released.

 

Pls fix this as I was so exited to play sims 2 today and now i can't because its unplayable.

    Hey there,

    Can you share a few more details on what issues specifically you're seeing when you load into a household?

    Hi! Thanks for replying,

    sorry i did not make it clear enough lol. So when i go into (any) world and i pick a household It loads fully and before i go into it it says that an issue occured and it will now terminate. I click ok and it turns off the sims 2 like it crashed. I first did it with the Burbs and i switched Households, even moved worlds and it still did it. I have playing for a while and i don't want to loose my progress.

    I am having the same issue! I only had 1 crash since the release, now with the update today my game crashes every time I load a household or enter CAS

    This is also happening to me, was working fine after release and now they've updated a patch it doesn't let me load any household without this error.
